Hello. How do you do? We are The Teapot Club. We like to make pretty necklaces, the occasional bracelet and maybe, one day, even an earring or two.

We like to think this is meant to be; written in the stars; that success is on the cards. At least on the Tarot cards… Maybe because we were told it is. This all comes from a most trusted source: a psychic who read Sidonie’s cards years ago and predicted she’d do ‘something creative, using her hands, to do with jewellery’… Spooky, huh? Or maybe it’ll all just come down to ‘tea’pot luck (direct your groans at Sidonie please people).

Either way, we would like this to be a success. We would greatly appreciate your help in this matter. We plan to be arthritic and blind by the time we’re 30 (it’s a fiddly business).

The Teapot Club is founded on a love of the quintessentially British; after all, what is more so than the tea time ritual? We blame our parents who played the national anthem to us every night before bed time instead of lullabies and gave us posters of the Queen. Our first crush was Prince Charles.

But mainly it all comes down to teapots and one sunny day when we sat in the sun together in Brighton and made our teapot necklaces. Amy superglued her fingers together. Sidonie did all the fiddly bits.
